How To Get Support
Unlocking the Gates Services Society will connect with you while you are still incarcerated and will provide you with a peer-mentor for the first 72 hours after your release.
Step 1
Call our office or after hours number to complete a 15 minute phone intake interview.
We will ask you about your needs and goals for your upcoming release.
Step 2
We match you with a peer-mentor who has had experience with incarceration.
Step 3
During the first 72 hours of your release you and your peer-mentor will meet 2-3 hours each day. During this time your peer-mentor will support you in your transition to the community.
